EZ-A Hyper Strength contains 125 mg of caffeine per capsule.
Should I take it with food?
For optimal results, you'll wanna take EZ-A with a light snack like those leftover saltines from the break room. Some folks get that tingly niacin feeling on an empty stomach, which isn't dangerous, but when it sneaks up on you it might be surprising.
Why does my skin turn red?
