What is our Return Policy?

No hassles. No bullsh*t.

If you don’t love the pants off EZ-A for any reason (first, we find that surprising, but we still like you), simply use the Returns Portal below, or get in touch with us via email (hi@ez-a.com) and let us know you’d like a refund. We’ll provide a return label and instructions to process your refund. That’s it.

Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household. It does not apply to additional units or subsequent orders.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

The simplest way is to use the Returns Portal found above. You can also send an email to hi@ez-a.com. Remember to include your order number in the email.

Q: What is the return period?

30 days from the delivery date.

Q: Are there any conditions for returning items?

No. If you don't like EZ-A for any reason and are inside the 30 day window, you can get your money back. There is a limit to one guarantee per household, per product. It does not apply to additional units or subsequent orders.

Q: How will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we only sell one product. If you have an issue, hit us up and we'll try to resolve it.

Q: What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you have any problem with your shipment, contact us at hi@ez-a.com and we'll work to resolve your issue.
