Feel It or Your Money Back
Take EZ-A's Hyper Strength™ Stack for 30 days. If it doesn't do what we said it would, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first bag in full.
You don't have to ship anything back. Keep the bag, finish it, hand it to your roommate—it's up to you. All we ask is that you tell us what missed, because that's the only way the next version gets better.
One guarantee per customer.
Additional Bags
Bags beyond the first come back to us. To get refunded, they need to be:
- Unopened, with the seal intact
- Postmarked within 30 days of delivery
- Shipped at your expense
Once we receive them and check them in, we refund the product price. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and we don't cover return postage.
How To Start A Return
- Email hi@ez-a.com with your order number and what's coming back.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization.
- Ship the bags to the address below, with your order number written inside the box.

Returns sent without authorization can't be processed, so email us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank sets the pace after that, and we have no say in it.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account before your next renewal processes. Once an order ships, it falls under the policy above.
What We Can't Refund
- Opened bags outside the first bag guarantee
- Returns postmarked more than 30 days after delivery
- Returns sent without authorization
- Orders placed on TikTok Shop, which are handled by TikTok Shop support under their policy
- Product bought at a retail store, which goes back to that retailer
If your order shows up damaged, wrong, or short, that's on us. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
