Shipping Policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on our website, www.ez-a.com, are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATE AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day for orders placed before 9 PM.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 8 hours. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided in the email.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
EZ-A is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at ez.customerservice@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. LOST AND DAMAGE CHANGES
EZ-A is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
